City Info Terminal is one of several popular Badge tracking websites. 
You will often see it abbreviated as CIT.
CIT's main page sums up its purpose:
- "This site was built with one focus, to allow you to keep track of the badges you have collected in City of Heroes™ and City of Villains™ . Loving both games and the ability to collect badges, we wanted a way to keep track of this. We started with a stand-alone program, but this was clumsy to update. Then we figured, why not allow EVERYONE to keep track of the badges that they have obtained? Thus, City Information Terminal was born!"
