Issue 10 isn't out yet, nothing to put here. Likely to be released around winter late 2007.

- New zones, powersets, trials, epic archtypes (such as Nictus for villains).
Designer interview with Positron:
Interviewer: "When will players be seeing epic villain archetypes?" Positron: "We want to try to squeeze those in early next year (2008), but it’s still up in the air."
